The following policies apply to all firearm and NFA item transfers.
- The seller / shipping FFL must contact us by email, prior to shipping, to obtain a copy of our FFL. Requests should be emailed to: [email protected]
- We also encourage you to contact us by email prior to initiating your transfer with the seller / shipping FFL. Make sure to include:
- Customer Full Name
- Customer Phone Number
- Firearm or NFA item manufacturer and model
- Anticipated Ship / Delivery Date
- Sending Business’s Name, Location, and Contact Info
- The seller / shipping FFL should include a copy of their current and valid FFL.
- Upon delivery, we will attempt to notify you, so you can schedule pick-up. If we are unable to reach you within 7 calendar days, we may choose to return or continue to hold your item, at our sole discretion.
- In order to pick-up your firearm or NFA item, you must come in-person and fill out the require paperwork for the transfer application. This process includes a background check.
- Transfer applications and background checks are completed while you wait, and typically come back withing a few minutes. If there is a delay, you may be requested to come back after we receive a response from the system.
- If your transfer application is denied, we cannot and will allow you to take possession of the firearm or NFA item. If this occurs:
- We will return item to the seller / shipping FFL, at your expense. You must pay for return shipping and handling costs up-front. We are not responsible for any restocking fees, etc.
- We will hold the item for you while you contact FDLE / the ATF to find out why your application was rejected. Note that there are time limits and fees associated with this option.
- Regardless of any communications, any firearms or NFA items delivered to us and left in our possession for more than 30-days are subject to a one time $30 fee, plus $1/day for each day thereafter.
- Any firearms or NFA items left in our possession for more than 90-days (from the date of delivery) are subject to forfeiture, and become property of SECTION 9.
- Any and all questions should be presented in-writing, via email, prior to starting the transfer process.
